From Aviation Strategic Operations Leader to Cornwall Holiday Park Business Owner

A holiday park in one of the UK’s favourite destinations was recently the new venture for a Strategic Operations Leader & Founder and Trustee of a Aviation Mental Health Charity. 

The luxury contemporary holiday home with over 40 rentals in the heart of Cornwall,  many with rooftop terraces, hot tubs with accommodations big enough to sleep up to 8 people and dogs. The holiday park also has facilities available to visitors such as a swimming pool, spa and gym.

It’s a well loved spot for families and friends with access to stunning beaches, walks, restaurants and bars.

Finance Breakdown

We were able to help our client by arranging an interest only commercial mortgage of £350,000 over 30 years. The funding was used to purchase the holiday park and the associate management business.

A commercial mortgage can be used to buy business premises, secure land for development ventures, expand an owner occupied business, expand a buy to let portfolio and raise capital on commercial premises that someone may already own.
